    I have a recent theory that a lot of game problems can be solved by just having a really really high sex drive.

    Skills also talks about this in some of his recent posts and thats what inspired me.

    I'm looking for a way to significantly increase my sex drive so i can be super horny all the time.

    I'm in my 20s so i would prefer to avoid anything i have to take with a needle but I'm open to pretty much anything else.

    what has worked for you?

    is there anything you do that consistently results in massive increase in sex drive?

    One thing I've already experimented with a lot is nofap.

    Nofap works to get me super horny but the results are very erradict and inconsistent.

    Sometimes after 3 days of nofap im super horny.

    Sometimes i will be on nofap for a few days and feel no sexual desire at all but then i fap and instantly feel super horny after fapping.

    The results of nofap are very inconsistent and even after experimenting with it for years now, I still have no consistent system that works.

    Today i started taking some herbs that skills mentioned can massively increase sex drive.

    These herbs are avena sativa and stinging nettle root.

    have any of you experimented with these herbs?

    3 parts: exercise, diet, sleep. All are important. Skills knows much more than me, but following these tips significantly raised my sex drive and improved my game/sex/mood. I don't do any weird shit like take herbs or drugs or brazilian nuts lol.

    Exercise

    40 mins - 1.5 hrs MAX. Anything more of high intensity causes too much stress and releases cortisol

    What kind? I do long distance running, which isn't the best for testosterone. Personally, I would do HIIT or go back to combat sports if I wanted to raise testosterone (High intensity interval training). You can look it up, but basically any boxing/kickboxing gym will have classes where you do multiple exercises for several minutes (box jumps for 2 minutes, shuttle sprints 2 minutes, burpees 2 minutes, barbell rows 2 minutes, pullups/pushups 2 minutes, squates etc). Also good for testosterone is heavy weight, low reps weight lifting (especially deadlifts & squats which activate major muscle groups). Look at the 5x5 weighlifting program, and make sure to get someone to workout with/help you if you don't weightlift already as the 5x5 throws heavy weight so you can get injured if you don't know what you're doing. As a sidenote, not having lots of extra body fat is good for testosterone so that might be a goal to shoot for if you aren't in good shape.

    Also, living a sedentary lifestyle is bad, try to be active whenever possible. Walk/bike more places, get up and do things periodically, try to have at least 120 minutes that aren't sitting/lying down. Sometimes I walk around while on the phone or read standing up and propping my book on a shelf or something.

    Diet

    (most of this you probably know subconsciously: eat meat & vegetables, don't eat sugar/sweets)

    Foods good to increase T (obviously you can have other good food like non-green vegetables):

    - Meat (chicken/eggs, beef, pork, turkey etc)
    - Green Vegetables high in minerals (Kale, Spinach, Brussel Sprouts, etc)
    - Beans/Seeds
    - Fish (only 2 servings/week, I try to get fish low in the food chain to avoid excess mercury: ie sardines, oysters, tuna)
    - Saturated and Monounsaturated fat (butter, olive oil, coconut oil) --- NOT polyunsaturated fat (found in nuts/peanut butter)

    Important nutrients: saturated/monunsaturated fat (make sure to be active, otherwise fat will clog arteries), iron, magnesium, zinc (don't overdo it, just aim to get ~100% and it's not a big deal if you don't get it every day -- too much is bad for you)

    Overall, a meal could be something like: 1 - 2 parts meat/fish, 2 parts green vegetables, 1 part carbs, 1 part beans


    AVOID:

    - "white" carbs (white rice, white flour) -- eat whole-grained carbs instead like whole-wheat rice/bread, oatmeal, cous-cous etc
    - Sugarey products (soda, candy, etc)
    - Trans fats & processed foods

    LIMIT:
    -soy (ever heard the term 'soyboy'? Too much is not good, having some won't kill you though)
    -caffeine (having too much raises cortisol levels, I try to have 1 cup/day; decaf if I need more coffee and it's a really tough day)
    -alcohol (trying to limit to 2 drinks, even then it affects my energy/emotional levels as I crash after the initial buzzed/social state)

    Try to get minimum 7-8 hours most nights. Though not always possible, of course.

      i think pretty much everything you wrote is true.

      But i think the problem is these things is whats needed to have a normal sex drive.

      I do not think these things will take you to that level where you're uncontrollably horny that I'm looking for.

      I think supplementation of some sort is needed to reach levels of sex drive where you're insanely/uncontrollably horny.

        NoFap is really interesting because I've heard of a number of guys claim women approach them after they have gone quite awhile without masturbating. Not a lot but enough to make me wonder more about it. I would say it has to be the sexual state. I have also had erratic results. But I think the goal is to never masturbate and only have real sex. But yeah that is hard.

          not sure if helps with getting approached but i know it's not useful for what im looking for.

          there are days on nofap when I'm super horny but its very random and inconsistent.

            fapping kills dopamine and testosterone.

            no fap + intermidate fasting + going to the gym + being social => increase in testosterone and dopamine => feeling happy, masculine, confident, horny....which girls can feel off you. Its the vibe you're unconsciously sending from doing all those things...so girls throw iois at you because that vibe is very attractive.

            if you go out weekends, then don't fap after Wednesday (which is today...lol). By Friday you should be feeling super horny.

              this has not been my experience at all/

              everything you named i do and have done for years.

              lifting and fasting do NOT at all give me crazy sex drive; not even close.

              nofap has worked for me but its super random and inconsistent.

              some days on nofap im super horny and some days i feel no sexual desire at all.

              the results of nofap are not consistent or predictable for me in any way.

              this has been my experience, maybe other people have had better luck with lifting,fasting and nofap.

                I've field tested no fap (longest streak was 56 days without porn or fapping!) and noticed nothing at all. I'm of the opinion "use it or lose it". Even Skills360 says he faps and needs to otherwise he loses an edge.

              I have tried multiple things to get me hornier, they all work, but then it seems the body adapts or some shit! that is why i have not made a post 100% about it cause i feel like a fraud, in other words it goes like this:

              - i try something

              - gets me horny as fuck

              - i get laid a lot

              - come to the forum talking about take this and take that...

              - body adapts...

              - i am like wtf....



              I am in my mid 40s i was always horny in my 20s and 30s and even 40s, around 42 started to have issues.... I fap all my life, fapping got me horny....(but i always also had girls and fap)....

              now i would not have sex or fap 5-8 hours prior to clubbing or cold approaching for obvious reasons...


              - sex drive and free t no total t correlated, the higher you get your free t, the hornier you will get...


              also too low estrogen will kill sex drive too...

              we are all biochemically different..... there is not one size fix all it comes down to field testing supplements and stuff...

              But yes horniness will definitely help i would put in top 3 things in pick up...

                Yeah, nofap was a bit of a weird one for me, too. 'inconsistent' as madara says for me, too
                What would tend to happen is that if I was able to goo what I consider ages (because I just love porn tbh!) say like, 3 weeks+ without fapping, I would feel an increase in horniness.
                However, this would be very temporary (literally like, a day or 2) and then i'd feel like I just felt the same as I did before nofap!
                I've heard of others on 'nofap' reddit talk about this. Almost like your body is adapting by REDUCING your desire! A bit of a 'use it or lose it' kind of thing!
                So i'm not really sold on it. And i'm definitely not sold on this 'super powers' thing! (the idea that you get a amssive confidence increase and girls start noticing you more etc just because you aren't fapping!)

                But maybe it's all just individual and down to your own chemistry etc and could work well for some. Dunno

                      I'm running my first test.

                      I'll be going to the gym at 8:30 PM so in 3 hours and see if i feel any difference
