    Hello Im Juan. I am from Miami but currently living in Georgia. Through my younger years I can say that I have been pretty lucky with meeting women and holding more than a 2 minute conversation but lately my style has gotten very "boring and routinely". As I get older my sex drive has been decreasing a little bit, but I can still get it on from time to time. More not than so. I am hoping I can learn something from here. Any advice will be welcomed as far as where I should even begin.

    -Some pretty crazy conversation styles have been shared here. Im sure you will find something suitably wild to try out!
    -Long'ish breaks from ejac + zinc supplement, is guaranteed libido boost for me. Like crazy actually. Other minor tricks too if interested.

      Thanks for the welcome and tip man. I need to start working on some serious changes soon. I have learned the hard way that the older I get the more my sexual drive slacks. I dont want to rely on viagra and I want to be able to at least come close to what I used to be in bed.

          Lose weight and hit the gym (put on muscle)

          fat makes you lose sex drive(due to estrogen)...

          I notice my sex drive goes to the roof with heavy lifting (specially legs)...

            Thank you for the pointer. I do have to work out. I have always tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle but lately have gotten lazy. Any other suggestions since I have been MIA from the gym on where I should begin. It no lie bro its been maybe 2 years since I did weight lifting. I dont think I cant even do 50 lbs without feeling like a fat/unfit pig. Im 6'2 weighing almost 245 lbs

              i advice you follow either kinobody or mario tomic

              i have gotten lazy at times as well recently got back in really good shape i am just waiting a bit more to post pics in the forum of my transformation...(at almost 44)

                Thanks man! I will check out for sure those links and apply the one I feel fits best my needs. I will be in the look out for the transformation (not being a homo) just think you need a motivation look up to person if you know what I mean.
