  • Those of you who never have ED and can get it up anytime

    I'm curious and have some questions for you, to see if I can see a pattern. (of course assuming you don't take any PE):

    - How often do you masturbate?

    - How fit are you?

    - How often do you workout?'

    - And maybe most important question, how often do you have sex? (with same or new girl)

    A lot of people are talking here about this topic, getting tips etc. but it's also good perspective to see from you who like never had that problem and see if there are somethings in common that you do or DON'T do to stay that way.

    For me, answers to these questions have varied a lot, without causing ED. So, are they really relevant?? (I also smoked for some years and partied heavily in periods.)

    Possibly relevant: I changed my diet around 1994/age ~20:
    -Completely replaced PUFAs with animal fats.
    -Meat as the major component of every meal.

    This ended my life long problems with always catching colds all year around. My immune system has been seemingly rock solid ever since.

    It also meant that even in periods where I got fatter, I was (probably) not diabetic. Diabetic/obesity (coupled with age) is the main cause of ED, right?
    Loves: Shy Girl-coding into Starry-eyed Extroversion, spamming Open-loops and Mini-cold-reads and lots of light kino.
    Hates: Putting pressure on others. Things that feel 'brainy'.

      IMO, its always a good idea to have a parachute when you need it - its called Viagra....stock up on it (and its variants like Kamagra) to make sure you can get it up when you need it

      Its been a life saver many a time..and theres a million and one reasons you might not be able to get it up

        To be honest I don't think it's all clean black or white, there are many reasons to not get it up, I just wanted to see if I could find something interesting.

        I don't know if obesity is the main reason of ED, but I've read about obesity being linked to ED. Something about the fat in the belly/genital area "blocking" or disturbing the blood flow.

          Yeah I've thought about it, but is there any risk of being "addicted"? I don't wanna get used to it and only be able to get it up with Viagra.

            Nope, no signs of addiction with viagra - take it in very small doses ie a quarter tablet when you need it

            And the rest of the time, obviously if you can get it up, just use the natural method. I just always recommend anyone to have a bit of viagra stashed somewhere in their wallet for emergencies

            A good way to get it up is to do squat workouts regularly (even standing squats for a few minutes a day is good) because that will boost your growth hormones, testosterone etc..to help get it up

              Being overweight does reduce your testosterone levels. It is also linked to all sorts of bad health problems. You need a much lower carb and higher meat and animal fat diet, and exercise to lose weight. Start by quitting sugar and then starchy vegetables. Move your diet towards meat and green vegetables, and get some exercise. Start taking walks, the exercise we are evolved to do.

                I'd run up many flights of stairs and eat a ton of red meat on date days as a pre-emptive measure, because I was paranoid I'd get ED because I got it once when I was drunk and shit-faced.

                The worst case of ED that I ever had (as in nothing, not even half-chub) was when I brought home my personal perfect 10 for the first time though. It was way easier than I expected to get her naked, and I was somehow not ready yet lol. MM instructs that you have to neg her at C3 and do a backflip at A4, and I hadn't done any of that shit yet. Didn't this chick know how the game was supposed to be played? WTF lol!

                    I had a few months of ED after broke up with my long-time girlfriend. Nowadays I fuck at least 3 times a week, 2 hours average per session (stay rock hard all the time) and can do 2+ back to back easily assuming I still find the girl attractive after first fuck.

                    These 5 things helped me immensely:

                    1. No masturbate
                    2. Work-out every day. You don't really need weight training but you should if you can, it boosts your T-level a whole lot. Due to some reasons I can only do BW Training at the moment but it works great too.
                    3. Kegel every day (easier with porn if you like to, that watching-porn-give-you-ED is a bad myth, just don't touch your peepee)
                    4. Always take control of the situation/sex session. At least you have to know/think that she's your little bitch and will do whatever you want and order her to)
                    5. Live as stress-free as possible. I can still get hard on a shitty day if horny enough, but it surely helps a ton.

                          I had ED when I was a n00b it was because of

                          1. alcohol (limit to 3 drinks max)
                          2. too much porn (limit to once a week to orgasm)
                          3. performance anxiety (find a girl to practice on -> mine was a butter face, perfect prospect)

                            But I don't understand why you need porn to kegel! You can still flex your pc muscle without erection! You mean it's easier to locate the muscle while having erection?
