    buy a flesh light and train stamina through thrusting programs. they even have stamina units as i recall.

    Do Tantric exercises for the muscles in the pelvic region (3 different ones incl. pc muscle) - will help shitloads for most guys. Kegels for men.

    point is - you can train it and both aboves work to FIX it and increase your control enabling better sex.

      Thanks guys, I'll have to try these for sure. I actually have 2 fleshlights but haven't used them in years... Anyhow, I was hoping there was a "secret pill" or superfood that Would help. I've heard from GLL that Priligy helps with this. Anyone know any other pills that kills the sensitivity?

      Got any links for these? What are thrusting programs? As for kegels I do them every day at random times (whenever I think about it) but perhaps I'm doing them wrong.

        I used it many years ago (10+) dont have links anymore - should be findable on google. Or you might have to find communities to find the good stuff. But you have enough above to search from.

        thrusting programs = programs where you do a number(10, 20 etc) of various thrusts(full entry, halfway, head only, circling forw. circling backw, hip circling etc) into a flexlight unit to get a rythm of sort established where you have control with 1) speed 2) depth 3) what is stimulated (head only vs. whole vs sides of the penis etc.). Doing it with the flesh light helps remove any focus on her or performance. Means you can be more zen and self attentive which is the key here. No pressure.

        You can use this for many things:
        1) understanding your arousal curve (eg 1-10) where 10 is cumming and eg 9 is the so called point of no return - eg by doing a thrusting program of 10 deep thrusts 3 head only trhusts shifthing back and forw. WHILE keeping and eye on how you respond inside - when are you what on a 10 scale where 0 is nothing and 10 is cumming. This enables you to change your thrusting along the way during sex to lower your arousal curve and be aware. Start building a connection with your own arousal.
        2) playing with that and thrusting in various forms - understanding your own arousal curve and how different strokes can lightn or change the nuance of stimuli. this can help you train thrusting rythms that makes you last longer and give you control. This enables a better understanding of the nuances of thrusting
        3) changing the sensitivity of penis in general This enables better penis response as it gets used to new variations in a safe environment = you relax more in it
        4) knowing when to draw out which you do when youre more experienced and have more variation of your sex, using breath, using focus. For example you can pull out and move her around and change to hand holdng (slide your fingers between hers along the way which is also great while fucking to give connection intimacy during intercourse) while gracing her body in non clit areas to bring the sexual energy fully around in her body and add a depth of caress and intimate connection. This enables you to time your doings w her to support your own arousal and manage it along the way.
        5) you can do 1) again but focussign on adding control "grips" which would be 1) breathing which can lower arousal 2) focus - eg focussing away from her tits and parts of her that arouses you more.

        in short it helps create a relaxed room where you can train and learn about your own sexual arousal and gradually move it in the direction you want. Later you can do it to learn more about your own pleasure and nuances of how you respond to stimuli etc. which will make you a better lover for you and for her as you gain access to feelings in her too.

        for pelvic exercises (i avoid kegels for men as its normally superficial) there are 3 main muscles in the pelvic region. Most guys use them together and cannot use each individually. look for tantric programs or programs that individualises the use of each and eg differ between holding the muscles individually for longer and just clenching them individually. This enables your fysicality itself. And will separate their activation which might help in itself.

        A training program would call for 15 min a day not just doing it here and there. Dedicated daily practice for at least a month. No halfassing. Give it time.
